Behind The Beans

Cafe Bobo started as a sketch in a notebook. I always knew that I wanted to build a place where people could come together, somewhere everyone felt like they belonged. A safe space for all different kinds of people to come together, a community and true third space. But opening brick and mortars can be challenging so I decided to start small with our fully mobile coffee and tea bar. After working at Starbucks for about 4 years and later in specialty coffee for a little over a year, it was time to make things happen, so we built the cart. We wanted to build a brand dedicated to craft, quality and transparency. Beans locally roasted and syrups homemade, Cafe Bobo is one of the best coffees you will drink on Long Island.
